Sept. 2, 2006 - Silent Auction at the Hometown Country Fair
The Town Council had a booth at the C.V. Chamber's Country Fair at C.V. Park, where we held a silent auction. We had many great items up for bid, from Disneyland and Universal Studios tickets to vacation getaways. We thank everyone who placed bids and extend our congratulations to the winners. The Council also enlisted the help of the United States Marine Corp to defeat the Chamber in a tug-of-war competition.
